Hon'ble Col Maha Singh
Chief Mentor
Col Maha Singh (Retd) is a veteran Indian Army Officer and an alumnus of the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. He was commissioned into 9 GRENADIERS on 25th December 1966, and his military career spanned over three decades. During his service, he operated across various terrains and operational areas and is a war veteran of the 1971 Indo-Pak war. He held numerous command, staff, instructional, and regimental appointments, including commanding his battalion in a Counter-Insurgency/Counter-Terrorism environment in the Northeast. He also served as a commando instructor and as an instructor at the Intelligence School.
He is an alumnus of the College of Defense Management, Secunderabad. After retiring from the Army, he transitioned into the corporate sector, where he has excelled for over two decades as a human resource professional and administrator in the manufacturing and energy sectors. His extensive experience includes recruitment, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment.
